OlinData prides itself on the broad knowledge of our employees. We have worked with a wide variety of technologies, so there is a good chance we can help you with whatever technology it is you are using. Go ahead and ask us though!
Most of your services are provided remotely, how do I know what is going on?
We start every new project with a phone conversation, aided by a webcam if you feel the need for it. In this conversation we will talk about the things we will be working on. We assess the situation, creating a good feeling for you about our competence and a good overview of the situation for us.
During that first conversation, we will also determine how and how frequently you want to be kept up to date. Do you want daily reports in phone conversations? Is a weekly written report sufficient for you? The choice is yours!
We prefer to have someone on-site. is that possible?
Though this is certainly possible if you so desire, we highly recommend you to try our remote services first. It is much cheaper for you, and easier for both of us. If you still feel like you need on of our consultants to come on-site, we can help you worldwide within a reasonable timeframe (as long as we have available consultants).
