General training conditions
In the Case of Cancellation of Attendance/Class
A customer may cancel a class at anytime based on the following conditions:
If the customer notifies OlinData in writing that he/she will not attend the training at least 14 business days before the training, OlinData will refund the full amount Customer paid for the training.
If the customer notifies OlinData in writing that he/she will not attend the training less than 14 business days but more than 7 business days before the training, the customer must still pay for the class.
However, OlinData will provide a credit note for the amount that the customer paid for the training. The customer can then apply the credit note to any other training offered within one year from the date of the cancelled training.
The credit note is valid for a one-time use only, and any leftover amount from the credit note (if any) will be forfeited.
If the customer fails to notify OlinData that it will not attend the training at least 7 business days before the training, OlinData is not required to issue the customer a refund or a credit.
OlinData may reschedule or cancel the date; time and location of a training at any time, and may freely replace any personnel who may be scheduled to conduct the training.
Should OlinData cancel a training, unless such cancellation was for circumstances beyond OlinData’s control, OlinData will refund to the customer any amounts paid for said training or give a credit note for the customer to take up another training.
If OlinData has to cancel a class for circumstances beyond its control, OlinData will issue the customer a credit note for the amounts paid by the customer for the training that the customer may apply to any other class offered within one year from the date of the cancelled training. The credit note is valid for a one-time use only, and any leftover amount from the credit note (if any) will be forfeited.
Otherwise, OlinData is not liable to the customer for any other costs, expenses or amounts incurred by the customer in relation to the class (for example, any travel expenses, accommodation expenses or loss of business time).
OlinData Payment Term
All payment has to be made by the first day of training.
The earlybird discount is only valid for those who sign up and pay at least 2 weeks before the training commences. For companies who have a different payment term that results in OlinData receiving payment more than 7 days after the end of training, trainees will be subjected to the normal price.
Should your company have a different payment term and/or if you wish to discuss about payment terms, please do email us at email@example.com. OlinData will only discuss and/or extend payment terms if we receive an email notifying us before the training commences.
